This essay discusses, based on the elaborations on the lyric subject by Polish theorist,
Janusz Slawinski, the constitutive aspects of the mestizo lyric subject, from the perspective
of poetic writings which frame their aesthetic project in cultural memory as one of their central axes. The objective is to propose a general aproximation to a subjectivity which can be characterized, in principle, as mestizo in lyric poetry, taking as a point of reference the criteria delineated by François Laplantine and Alexis Nouss to lineate what currently can be considered mestizaje.
