This paper suggests that the three sonnets constitute a unitary discourse in which the enunciating moment is maintained constant. Firstly each of the sonnets is separated by the main temporary instances which points out the temporal axis of the narrative anecdote in the sonnets. Following this analysis it is proposed a reading in which the apparent guilty declaration -the liric speaker confesses to be the love crime author should be understood as an uncovered defense. Such reading allows to explain why some of the temporary instances occupies just a few lines while others go through the whole sonnet.
