Abstract

The training process for research at the postgraduate level in law ends up facing difficulties that materialize in the high degree of undergraduate students of postgraduate studies due to the impossibility of the research product as a degree requirement. This text exposes the results of research in the classroom, from the comprehensive hermeneutic paradigm, which sought to diagnose some of the difficulties encountered in the process of formulating research proposals regarding the relationship between theory and practice, in other words, between the discourse of what a research proposal is and its formulation. From these descriptions, was sought to suggest some alternatives that start from the discussion on methods and methodologies that can clarify the path to be followed by those who approach the task of generating new knowledge in the field of law.

Javier Orlando Aguirre Román , Universidad Industrial de Santander

Javier Aguirre is a lawyer and philosopher from the Industrial University of Santander, with
Ph.D. and Master of Philosophy from the State University of New York. At the moment
He is a tenured professor at the School of Philosophy at the Industrial University of
Santander, Bucaramanga, Colombia, and member of the Politeia research group

Ana Patricia Pabón Mantilla, Universidad Industrial de Santander

Ana Patricia Pabón has a PhD in Law from the Universidad Libre and a Master's
in Legal Hermeneutics and Law from the Industrial University of Santander.
She is currently a tenured professor at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences of the
Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, Colombia, and leader of the research group
Theory of Law and Legal Training. Her email is apabon742 @
