Abstract

The work presented is the result of an investigation carried out with the support of the Academic Vice-Rectory of Diego Portales University, with the aim of analyzing the relationship between collaborative learning and the clinical method of teaching law and its usefulness in today’s professional world. This also led us to develop and examine the collaborative learning methodology and its benefits, as well as the clinical method of teaching law and its benefits. The methodology used was essentially qualitative, carrying out bibliographic analysis; semi-structured interviews with teachers and lawyers, and a survey application and focus group with students from national and Latin American legal clinics.
